My Philosophy

"It's about effectiveness, not perfection"

“Perfect” gets in the way of our opportunities to improve.  Health and Wellbeing are not about doing something perfectly 100% of the time.  It's about finding what is effective for you and repeating it in a manner that realistically fits into your life.  So many “wellness plans'” today force you into unrealistic goals, and into meeting others’ expectations, not your own.   I believe that once you are clear on what living a healthier life means to you, and why it is important to you, finding motivation and incorporating lifestyle changes become easier.
