We'll look at your symptoms, health history, and daily routine to figure out what's supporting your health and what may be working against you. From there, we'll prioritize together, so you understand exactly why those 2–3 changes come first. You'll leave knowing where to focus, not with more to figure out on your own. This Focus Session includes: A 60-minute personalized review of your symptoms, history, and daily routine A personalized Start • Stop • Continue plan A written session recap delivered by email A clear place to focus, so you're not trying to change everything at once A 30-minute follow-up session within 3 weeks, to check in on your progress and answer any questions.
