Service Description

This session is for individuals who have been extended a promotional offer of a free session from Clarity Health & Wellness Coaching. In our 1 hour virtual session you will receive highly individualized 1:1 Health & Wellness Coaching, sincere compassion and support. We can discuss any area of health and wellness you want to focus on. This is your space and time to get clear on what living a healthier lifestyle means to you and the lifestyle changes necessary to achieve it. Note that a single session is not enough time to see results but a time for exploration of your goals and how coaching can help you achieve them. The session must be used within 3 months of receipt.
