In our 1 hour virtual sessions you will receive highly individualized 1:1 Health & Wellness Coaching, sincere compassion, support and accountability. This is a judgment free zone, you will receive unwavering support and acceptance as we explore your desired area of change. We can discuss any area of health and wellness you want to focus on. This is your space and time to get clear on what living a healthier lifestyle means to you and the lifestyle changes necessary to achieve it. 3 sessions (2 months) = $250 6 sessions (3 months) = $500 12 sessions (6 months) = $900 Book your first session with the Book Now button or contact me to discuss which option is best for you.
